Gerard qualified through the Auctioneering, Valuation & Estate Agency course in DIT, Bolton Street. He is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He comes under remit of the NPSRA and subscribes to the authority’s code of practice for property service providers.

His 19 years valuable experience in the property market includes an Associate Director role in Jones Lang LaSalle for over 2 years where he carried out Acquisitions, Leasing/Disposals & Rent Reviews. Previous role was as Senior Asset and Property Manager with Burlington Real Estate and was involved in a number of key commercial property transactions. He was also formerly an Associate Director of Hooke & MacDonald with 12 years experience in the Residential market managing & selling large scale residential developments.
