In addition, the business comes under the remit of the National Property Services Regulatory Authority (NPSRA) and has subscribed to the Authority’s Code of Practice for Property Service Providers.

We are now a member of the RICS Valuer Registration and as a RICS registered valuer the benefits it provides for the business and our clients is quality assurance and an independent monitoring process.
