That’s why we offer a full-service product, from your mortgage application right through to collecting the keys of your new property.

Mortgage

Secure mortgage approval in principle so you are aware of your budget and are in a position to formally make an offer on a property.
Viewings

Arrange viewings of properties that appeal to you. MyHome, Daft and OC Estates will offer suitable listings.
Offers

Make formal offer on property, proceed to sale agreed stage and pay relevant booking deposit.
Legal

Appoint a solicitor to act on your behalf and they will deal with all contractual matters relating to the property.
Property Valuation & Survey

Arrange Property Valuation & Structural Survey which is strongly recommended prior to purchase of property.
Loan Offer

You will receive a formal loan offer from your financial institution and at this stage will have to arrange adequate life assurance and home insurance.
Contracts

Arrange signing of contracts via your solicitor and pay balance of 10%.
Closing

After your unconditional contract has been signed a closing date will be agreed upon. This will also involve outstanding costs including mortgage drawdown, stamp duty etc.
Congratulations

You are now the new proud owner of you property and have collected keys for move in.
